What is the simplest way to ensure children’s items never get lost?
The answer must be that each item of each child’s property (clothing, pencil case, satchel etc etc) is labelled.
That bit is simple – as is the idea of asking parents to put the labels on all property.
But then the problems arise.
Maybe, the child is given something new, and labelling is forgotten. Or perhaps the parent doesn’t have time to sew on a name tag.
Whatever the cause, many of us find that by the spring term a lot of clothing and property is once again not labelled.
The solution however is simple. By using iron-on labels for clothes and stick-on labels for shoes and other personal belongings there are two huge advantages.
First application of the label to the item is simplicity itself. And second, the items are so low cost, parents can readily afford to take a second batch of labels to make sure the property is fully labelled each term.
There’s also further benefit for you: the system requires hardly any work at all by you.
We supply you with free packs to give to the parents. They then place their orders on line, on our order form, or via the phone. Your school gets a credit for every pack of labels ordered – and without having to collect in any money or do any selling. All you do is hand out the packs.
Over 4000 schools now use this system, and I do hope you will consider your school joining with us.
