Free interactive citizenship and PSHE resources for KS2
My Life (from The Children’s Society) is a free, interactive Citizenship and PSHE education resource to help children aged 7–11 to develop the skills they need for a healthy, happy childhood.
It has been written for the Key Stage 2 curriculum and contains direct links to Social and Emotional Aspects of Learning (SEAL) and the Every Child Matters (ECM) agenda.
My Life contains six units, each containing an animated case study; two online activities; two downloadable activity sheets; a certificate of completion for pupils; and teachers’ notes.
The units reflect the recommendations made in The Good Childhood Inquiry (commissioned by The Children’s Society) for providing children with the skills they need for a happy childhood:
